Favourite and Least Favourite Lyrics?
Ok so choose one favourite and one least favourite lyric to post! My favourite (one of them) is from Spark: she’s convinced she could hold back a glacier, but she couldn’t keep Baby alive It's so sad and honest. My least favourite is also from spark: ballerinas that have fins that you’ll never find I love the music at this point and her voice, but I just don't like the lyric. I read her explanation for it but I jsut don't buy it lol.

Hmm... Well My favorite is probably "Take this message to Michael" I know you're not a beekeper fan lol but that line gets me every time... sends shivers down my spine. I really don't like "Feel bitter with Oliver Stone till I almost smacked him seemed right that night" I just feel like it ruins the flowing happy vibe of the song... dunno, thats still one of my all time favs. But I like the lyrics to Father Lucifer too... but thats a whole song lol.

I really like "Don't make me come to Vegas, Don't make me pull him out of your head. Athena will at-*test*-('") that it could be done and it has been done and I think that I am up to it." But that's probably cuz I'm kinda into greco-roman mythology, so I know where this comes from :p My favourite lyrics is from Talula though "I got my rape hat on, honey but I always could accesorise (sp?)" I really don't like "Yaldaboat Saklas, I'm calling you, Samael" from Original Sinsuality. I'm not religious, so..

I really like from "Scarlet's Walk" "What do you plan to do with all your freedom?/The new sheriff said/Quite proud of his badge." And I really dislike "Chickens get a taste of your meat, girl" from "Blood Roses" hehehe...doubtless because of my being a semi-vegetarian; just too much meat in that line lol of course I definitely love "Caught a ride with the moon" from "Tear In Your Hand." :wink:

Favourite Tori Lyrics
My favourite lines would probably be these: "An angel's face is tricky to wear constantly." from Purple People "I guess you go too far when pianos try to be guitars" from Northern Lad "I guess I'm an underwater thing so I guess I can't take it personally" from Liquid Diamonds. and my least favourite line is probably "But I still got that Belle, Dragging my foots" from Caught a Lite Sneeze. I am a grammar Nazi. This line just makes me want to cry.

*gasp* so much Blood Roses distaste! It makes me quite sad. Blood Roses might be my favorite Tori song even over Spark and Precious Things and I NEVER thought that would happen. *saves Blood Roses talk for another thread* Favorite Lyric: The whole of Precious Things and "trusting my soul to the ice cream assassin" Least Favorite Lyric: I've never thought about that one, I'll have to get back to you. *runs to make a Blood Roses thread*

Cloud ~ I wanted you to keep going... I know you're going to think that I'm lying but I honestly do not have any least favorite lyrics. Nope, can't think of any. And if I listed my favs, you all would hate me.

JAL, I'm with you on this. Yeah, some of her lyrics are well, Out there. But everything this godess puts out there is beautiful noise to me. LOL :D P.S, sorry I don't have a picture on the side. I can't seem to figure it out yet :oops:

Am I the only one who can't answer this?! :wink: I've been scratching my head for days trying to reply and failing miserably. Nothing immediately comes to my mind bad or good and of course there are so many songs to go through in my head.
